I am so frustrated!! No matter what I do to try and get the access code it wont send me it. I tried to turn off the wifi, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, etc etc. STILL DOESNT WORK. Tried to send the code the my friends phone and BAM it works in 2 seconds. And then I end up getting all of my friends contacts... please fix this I need my contacts from my old phone... Why wont it just send me the goddamn access code?!?!?

App wont connect to network, says it cant connect. Please fix!

Someone elses Apple ID shows up when I go to update app. Ive tried everything! Whats going on? Please fix this problem. I need to backup as I use for business.

Unable to connect to server?

I used this to bring back my contacts from a non-smart phone onto an iPhone and it worked perfectly

I ran it, and it gave me hundreds of old, inaccurate contacts that I had deleted from my phone over the course of several years. There is no way to reverse this app, and now I dont know which numbers are accurate anymore.

Do not trust this app for backing up your contacts.

It states its for I phones. After I downloaded it,it said Im not linked with Verizon..

Ive been using this app since 2004 and have always found it very reliable. Before I had a smartphone and used "feature phones", I used this app. The iPhone 5c was my first smartphone that I bought Spring 2014. VZW backup assistant app provided a seamless transition to downladijg my contacts onto that iPhone. Now I have an iPhone SE (I prefer smaller form factors) and once again, I havent had a problem. I definitely recommend this app to anyone with Verizon.

I used Backup Assistant to do my regular quarterly Backup. When finished my entire contact list was scrambled. Info for each contact contains info from other contacts. Beware!!!

This app was so great when I first got it. No problems at all. It was very helpful when I got my new phone because I didnt have to go through Apple to get all my contacts back which was always a pain. Recently though its not letting me connect to the server and this is a problem that needs to be fixed. Please update this app and fix this problem!!!!!

This app will not update. It wants me to enter a password for an email address thats not mine!

This app is not updating since the 25th. Please fix thanks.

After multiple attempts the updated app will not connect to their server. I like the old version worked fine.

Ive used this app for several years and I liked it. Recently, withe the new upgrade, it kept crashing and hanging on my iPhone. Finally I deleted it and tried to reinstall from scratch. It wouldnt get past the second step of install (sending me a text verification) before it froze. Something really wrong with the app now.
