Backup Assistant App Reviews

App has not worked since update. Gets stuck in step 1. Deleted and reinstalled and now cant even set up. Please fix.

This app is pretty good but it doesnt work well since 1/25/2016 when it was last updated! Their are a few bugs in this app & it keeps freezing! Please AppleAppStore fix this in a new better working update ASAP!

This new update is junk. Since downloading, the app freezes. I cant get past the first step. Please fix.

Dont update the January version of backup assistant. Itll never work again. I want my old app bk Verizon! I dont want ur new version and will not pay for it. Fix this now!!!!

Please help my backup assistant has stopped working and Im not very happy. Can someone fix the problem? I also see that Im not the only one; we need help.

Updated on 1/25/16. Since this update, app doesnt work anymore. Worked great before that. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled and cant set my account up now. Only gets to step 2 half way. PLEASE FIX YOUR MESS. WHY FIX IT IF ITS NOT BROKE. Now you did break it.

Since the upgrade, will not work at all. Im due for a new phone, but cant access my backup.

The new update causes app to crash. I will be deleting this app if problem doesnt get fixed

Same problem that others have reported -- after upgrading to the 1/27-ish version, I couldnt connect to the server. After deleting and reinstalling, the app freezes during the step to send a verification code. Im still on iOS 7.1.2, so when you fix the crash, please make sure that iOS 7 is still supported.

Just like everyone else, my app wasnt working. I deleted it and came to the App Store to reinstall. I wont bother now that I am reading over reviewers tried this already with no success.

So annoying!! Since the update I hadnt tried backing up my contacts due to all the issues everybody keeps reporting. Just tried it and stupid app uploaded old deleted contacts and changed some contacts back to old information. Ridiculous!! Fix this! What is point of backup if it doesnt work??!!!

Doesnt connect any more. Poor form to issue a non working "upgrade".

Same problem as others, working fine until Jan. update -- now wont finish step 1. Really, doesnt anyone test these before release????

Like many others, the app hangs and never connects. I saw a new link after the recent upgrade that I could read because it was under the other text. It never finished and I cannot get it to even start a backup now at all. Just hangs at first screen. I have a iPhone 4.

Use to work on iPhone 5, not now. Guess Verizon killed in favor of Verizon cloud. Like backup assistant better.

Ticked off!! Stop upgrading crap so it quits working!!! Have used this for years!!! Seriously thinking of going AT&T!!!!
